What we collect

• Photos you upload to create your character.
• Personalization such as names, fonts, and colors.
• Order details (name, shipping address, email, phone) collected at checkout by Shopify.
• Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your photos

Your photo is used only to create your animated character using an AI image tool. The finished character artwork is sent to our printing partner, Printful, to produce your order. Your original photo is never sent to the printer and is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models or for advertising.

How long we keep photos

Uploaded photos and finished artwork are stored privately and automatically deleted 30 days after your order is delivered, so we can reprint if there is a problem. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by emailing Assistance@dreamcanvasco.com.

Photos of children

Our products are designed for families, but our website is meant to be used by adults. By uploading a photo of a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Who we share information with

• Shopify to process checkout and payments.
• Printful to print and ship your order.
• Our AI image provider, only to create your character.
• Authorities, if required by law.

We never sell your personal information.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. New Jersey residents and others have rights under applicable state privacy laws, and we honor these requests for all customers.
